In March of 2019, 11Alive News Anchor Ron Jones, who focuses on sharing Atlanta community-related stories, spent a few hours learning about Pharaoh's Conclave. What he learned, left him wanting to return.
Erich and Jakita Thomas shared with Jones about the 10K kids they've helped in Atlanta since they opened their doors four years ago. The couple uses their background in technology to help minority students become technology creators. This year, the company has 25 female high school juniors who already have secured college scholarships and internships with Google and Microsoft.
In 2015, Jakita Thomas was recognized by then President Barack Obama as one of "105 of the Top Young Scientists" in America.
